Biography and Resume

           Anastasia Miller, originally from Houston, Texas, just graduated from the University of Arizona with her BFA in Dance and BA in Biochemistry Anastasia has trained extensively in a diverse range of dance styles, including tap, jazz, ballet, ballroom, modern, contemporary, and hip hop. Throughout her university years and beyond, she has had the privilege of performing works by renowned choreographers such as Tammy-Dyke Compton, Yusha Marie Sorzano, Jess Hendricks, Thang Dao, Sam Watson, Lauren Edson, Francisco Gella, Juel D. Lane and many others.

           In addition to her performance background, Anastasia has traveled the country as a dance assistant, working with esteemed names in the industry. She has been fortunate to assist Francisco Gella at his intensives, including Ballet+ and 24Seven Dance Convention, as well as prominent choreographers like Jess Hendricks, Yusha Marie-Sorzano, Madi Hicks, Joshua Manculich,  Kayla Kalbfleisch, and Lenorris Arnold. Anastasia's dedication to her craft is reflected by her choreographic abilities as well, as she is a two time finalist for New Century Dance Project and has had multiple works of her selected for the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre Stage. Her exceptional academic achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including the Medici Scholar Award, a 4.0 GPA for four years, and a place on the Dean's List with Distinction. Anastasia's passion for learning extends beyond dance, encompassing fields like social media management (as she works as Assistant Social Media Manager for Francisco Gella Dance Works) nutrition and physiology, and she is always eager to expand her knowledge and experience.
